about

We are without names. We are without faces. We do not inhabit the middle ground of human emotions. As humans, we are primitive. We are persuaded by the voices of 2000 Ancient Tombs.

Track Name: Doomcall
Doomcall

And from the dumbness of time

I heard a voice as if my bones would melt

To withstand the heat of its delirium, of

A painted warrior wounded in the glen,

A spear – his bane – embedded in his liver,

His numb physique delivered of its hold of pain,

And he, forgetting his own name as the blood escaped him,

Wondering who I was when I cried back at him

Taexali! my voice an echo of his own,

Rebounding back in answer to his doomcall.
